Safehouse is a private, not-for-profit organization that provides services to victims or survivors of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault. Safehouse manages housing for people who are in a violent or potentially violent environment. It is a residential centre designed to provide comprehensive services to these victims and their children. The Wyoming State Bar runs a lawyer placement service that helps the public find a local attorney in the required area of law. It also maintains an online «Need to hire a lawyer?» online feature on its website. On the website, the viewer can select a «jurisdiction of law» and a location to display a list of lawyers who meet the search criteria. The public can then click on the lawyer`s name to view their profile page on the Wyoming State Bar Association`s website. P&A provides legal and individual advocacy, education and training services, including assistance with self-advocacy skills, as well as information and guidance services. Under the law, the Office of the Attorney-General makes legal advice available only to elected and appointed public officials and represents State authorities in judicial proceedings. When a caller contacts the LLS, an LLS specialist asks a series of questions. The appellant receives the name and telephone number of a lawyer who handles legal matters dealing with the problem. If the lawyer is unable to assist the referred appellant with the legal issue, the appellant may contact LRS again for another reference. Callers may receive up to three referrals per legal case and per appeal. There is no fee to receive a referral from the LLR. While some lawyers don`t charge a fee for initial consultations, others do. Limited representation is a way for lawyers to provide certain services to clients with limited affordability. Click here to learn more. Wyoming Children`s Law Center, Inc. focuses on legal issues that affect the health, education, safety, or well-being of a child or adult with a disability. Types of legal services include: educational matters such as suspension, expulsion or special education services; Assist youth and vulnerable adults to access necessary services, resolve custody disputes, court-ordered mediation, guardianship of a minor child, guardianship and supervised visitation.

Lawyers are vetted in advance for their good standing with the State Bar Association and their eligibility to practice law. Lawyers must also purchase professional liability insurance and verify their competence for certain types of cases for which they receive referrals. There is no fee to receive the transfer. After receiving the recommendation, you can contact the lawyer. Some lawyers offer a free consultation and others charge a fee for the initial consultation.
